Senior Engineer (Maintenance)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment (e.g., lithography, etching, deposition, dicing, die attach).

• Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and improve machine availability.

• Perform equipment calibration, qualification, and recipe setup.

• Support new equipment installation, relocation, and upgrades.

• Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate vendor support.

• Analyse equipment data to identify trends and improve reliability (MTBF, MTTR reduction).

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Chemical, or related field).

• Diploma in Engineering with relevant experience may be considered.

• Additional certifications in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment maintenance, or process engineering are an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.

• Knowledge of SPC, DOE, FMEA, 8D.

• Hands-on experience with equipment or process control.

• Familiarity with cleanroom operations and EHS practices.

• Ability to work in fast-paced, highly technical environments.

• Responsible for troubleshooting, calibration, repair and maintenance of assigned Testers and Handlers platform.

• Ensure equipment are in production condition with minimum downtime and running at yield specified.

• Responsible for tracking, monitoring and reporting daily equipment downtime
