Job Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment (e.g., lithography, etching, deposition, dicing, die attach).
Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and improve machine availability.
Perform equipment calibration, qualification, and recipe setup.
Support new equipment installation, relocation, and upgrades.
Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate vendor support.
Analyse equipment data to identify trends and improve reliability (MTBF, MTTR reduction).
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Chemical, or related field).
Diploma in Engineering with relevant experience may be considered.
Additional certifications in semiconductor manufacturing, equipment maintenance, or process engineering are an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of SPC, DOE, FMEA, 8D.
Hands-on experience with equipment or process control.
Familiarity with cleanroom operations and EHS practices.
Ability to work in fast-paced, highly technical environments.
Responsible for troubleshooting, calibration, repair and maintenance of assigned Testers and Handlers platform.
Ensure equipment are in production condition with minimum downtime and running at yield specified.
Responsible for tracking, monitoring and reporting daily equipment downtime
