Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Senior Engineer to lead the delivery and implementation of enterprise HR technology solutions, managing full SDLC projects and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, develop, and implement enterprise HR technology solutions to meet business needs
- Manage and coordinate project activities across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to align project objectives and resolve issues
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including solution designs, test plans, deployment strategies, and operational readiness checklists
- Ensure all projects comply with ICT governance, security standards, and organizational policies such as IM8
- Participate in technical evaluations and solution assessments to select appropriate technologies and approaches
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout execution to maintain quality and adherence to requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Information Technology
- Proven experience in engineering delivery and project management across the SDLC lifecycle
- Familiarity with IM8 or equivalent ICT governance and security policies
- Knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS cloud environments
- Strong analytical skills to assess technical solutions and project risks
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise application implementations
- Understanding of cloud-based enterprise platforms and system integrations
- Familiarity with procurement or vendor management processes

- Salary: $6,000 - $8,000 with competitive benefits package
