Job Objectives
- To provide assistance to Engineer in the area maintenance, repairs and installation and to assist
- Document for the Engineer and for the client.
Duties/ Functions/ Responsibilities
- Undertake 24x7 operational health/ maintenance/ troubleshooting/ installation/ repairs according to Data Centre best practice
- Supervision and escort of term contractors to ensure that installation/ maintenance repairs adhere to their due diligence
- Ensure that customer's premises is tidy up and all equipment's are operational before leaving the client's premises
- Follows and adhere to customer's facilities rules and regulations
- Observe operational health, safety and environment (HSE) requirements
- Propose and recommend customer's Data Centre improvement/ replacement of aged equipment's
- Maintain good relations with customers by providing technical/ facilities support
- Involve in promoting team cohesiveness
- Preparing & updating of Maintenance schedule to the customer and vendors
- Promote and maintain company professional image in Data Centre maintenance & management.
- Ensure the term vendor is on time for Maintenance.
- To assist in vetting Vendor PTW, MOS & RA and submit to safety department and client for approval.
- Prepare Monthly duty rooster for in house shift technician.
