Participate in the installation, commissioning, and acceptance of ongoing projects at the Singapore plant to ensure timely project delivery for production use.
Prepare for production readiness in equipment maintenance and technical modifications to ensure timely project delivery and smooth production processes.
Manage local equipment to ensure operational reliability and timely maintenance, complying with national and company requirements.
Develop preventive maintenance management processes and plans, train relevant technical personnel, and ensure effective implementation of preventive maintenance.
Ensure emergency maintenance and spare parts management for local equipment.
Manage and implement engineering project modification processes.
Conduct research and promotion of new technologies and processes in equipment and engineering projects, approve technical documents such as design changes and engineering work orders.
Complete tasks and responsibilities assigned relevant to the job.
Incorporate technical and best practices from the Changzhou site in China into the Singapore plant.
Competencies:
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Major in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Automation, or related fields.
For Associate Senior Engineers: Over three years of equipment maintenance or engineering project management experience in pharmaceutical or chemical industries with a bachelor's degree. For Senior Engineers: Over five years of equipment maintenance or engineering project management experience in pharmaceutical or chemical industries with a bachelor's degree.
Strong logical analysis abilities.
Strong time management skills with a planned approach to work.
Clear cost awareness.
Proficient in reading and writing in both English and Chinese, capable of fluent technical communication with both the local Singapore team and the technical team in China.
