Job Description
Responsible for the strategic management and oversight of Technical Handling Agreement contracts
and services across all outstations, ensuring cost competitiveness, quality, and seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Evaluating and analyzing costs for new and existing technical handling agreements
- Assessing Requests for Proposal (RFP) for cost comparison and vendor selection
- Establishing new outstation technical handling agents for transit services
- Negotiating and vetting technical handling agreement contracts
- Overseeing training programs for overseas licensed engineers
- Managing in-house Engineers On Board (EOB) for Scoot
- Coordinating on-board engineering support for stations without technical handling agent presence
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Quality, Network Planning, Finance, and Legal) to
- ensure operational readiness of technical handling vendors
- Collaborating closely with the Engineering Line Operations team to ensure seamless transit activities in overseas operations.
- Networking, maintains and nurtures relationships with global suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration
- Assist with training of new initiatives such as ELB for digitalisation projects.
