Key Responsibilities
- Implement chemical/physical test methods and SOPs
- Install, qualify, and maintain lab instruments
- Develop and validate analytical methods
- Plan lab capacity based on business needs
- Investigate deviations and perform root cause analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports
- Support production troubleshooting with lab analysis
- Coordinate cross-site correlation and round-robin tests
- Ensure compliance with lab standards and safety rules
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related
- 2-5 years of laboratory experience in semiconductor or manufacturing
- Possess experiences working with instrument such as CP-MS / ICP-OES, Ion Chromatography (IC), TOC Analyzer, Particle Counters, Ellipsometry, SEM
- Knowledge of analytical methods (trace metals will be advantageous)
- Familiar with GLP, ISO/IEC 17025, and MSA
- Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
