In your new role you will:
- To establish a system in developing, sustenance and improvement of process capability indices to exceed/meet operational goals.
- Maintain and support day-to-day operation activities through real-time problem analysis and solution implementation.
- Drive productivity improvement through process optimization using quality improvements tools.
- Establish work procedures, corrective & prevention actions, and maintain documentation.
- Proactively work with suppliers to identify improvement opportunities, controls and continually improve quality level.
- Establish, maintain and report quality related KPIs on a periodic basis.
- Perform any other ad hoc assignment & duties by superior.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Min. Degree in Engineering or its equivalent
- Min. 3 years related work experience in semiconductor industry.
- Experience with quality core tools, problem solving methods and analysis skills (i.e. 8D, 5WHY, FMEA, SPC etc.).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills Self-motivated and able to work well in a team.
- Always strive for quality & continuous improvement handle multiple tasks all with an attention to fine detail.
- Good knowledge or hands on with SAP is an added advantage.
