Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of detailed design reports, calculations, and drawings.
- Prepare and submit documentation to relevant statutory agencies and authorities.
- Coordinate and integrate design deliverables across multiple disciplines.
- Lead the preparation of tender documents and participate in tender evaluations.
- Manage design processes, project coordination, and control over schedules and deliverables.
- Mentor and train junior engineers to ensure technical growth and consistency in project quality.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from a recognized university, with eligibility for registration with the Professional Engineers Board (Singapore).
- At least 5 years of relevant design experience in engineering consultancy.
- Proven experience in structural design for building, infrastructure, geotechnical, or transportation projects, including underground, basement, elevated, tunnel, and MRT station structures.
- Strong knowledge of local design codes, standards, and authority submission procedures.
- Proficient in common structural design software.
