Senior Engineer (AI)

Role:

. Design and maintain scalable, secure, efficient data ingestion pipelines on AWS with business stakeholders.

. Design and maintain vector stores, embedding pipelines, and RAG architecture on AWS for AI-powered applications.

. Write and maintain clean, reusable, well-documented code for agentic workflows using AWS-native services and serverless architecture.

. Develop and maintain AI evaluation metrics and guardrails for AWS deployment

. Conduct unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure correctness and reliability.

. Apply algorithmic expertise to optimise data processing, retrieval, and inference workflows for performance and accuracy.

. Ensure compliance with data governance, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

. Participate in agile cycles: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

. Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience in LLM and Agentic AI workflows.

. Experience with data ingestion pipelines for RAG.

. Proficiency in Python.

. Minimum 1 year hands-on experience with AWS AI Services.

. Experience in agile environments with CI/CD pipelines on AWS.

. Freshers with a strong academic background may also be considered.

. Must be able to obtain security clearance due to project sensitivity.
