Job Description

  • You will be a member of the Industrial Relations team responsible for maintaining good tripartite relations between management, union and employees.
  • Your responsibilities will include working closely with the unions on relevant matters, leading and planningactivities pertaining to industrial relations and engaging staff and union office-bearers on a regular basis to achieve harmonious workplace relations.
  • You will participate in the formulation and implementation of HR policies, prepare reports and provide critical
  • analysis on industrial relations trends.

Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree in any discipline
  • 1-3 years general HR experience with a good understanding of the Employment Act will be preferred
  • Self-starter with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous and able to work with details
  • Able to work very independently in a dynamic environment
