Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in electronics repair, equipment maintenance, or technical support roles.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic hardware using standard diagnostic tools (e.g. multimeters).
  • Good practical soldering skills and experience handling PCB-based systems.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working independently in an operations-driven environment.
  • Good command of English (spoken and written) for documentation and coordination with field teams.
  • Willingness to support operational schedules, including occasional off-hours troubleshooting when required.
