Senior Electrical Engineering Technician

Job Duties:

. Perform maintenance, testing and/or repair services of lifting equipment / hydraulic.

. Troubleshoot equipment faults and carries out preventive and/or corrective action.

. Ensure all work processes comply with quality, environmental and safety procedures and requirements.

. Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.

. Responding to breakdowns

. Diagnosing faults

. Supervising engineering and technical staff

. Managing budgets

. Creating maintenance procedures

. Hands-on job required

. Managing stocks of suppliers and equipment

. Other duties as detailed by company when necessary

Skills and Qualifications:

. NITEC Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

. Good initiative and a fast learner with good organizing skills.

. Able to work independently
