Responsibilities:
- Lead major electrical design projects and supervise a small design team.
- Design switchboards, control panels, and consoles to meet client and industry standards.
- Review and approve drawings, calculations, and technical documents.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, production, and Sales teams on technical requirements.
- Support tenders with technical input and highlight scope changes for cost/time claims.
- Drive continuous improvements in design quality, cost efficiency, and workflow.
- Work with advanced marine electrification technologies

Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in electrical design, preferably in switchboards/panels (marine or industrial).
- Diploma or higher in Electrical Engineering.
