THE COMPANY
Our Client is a renowned organisation in the Semiconductor industry with a strong presence worldwide. They are looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer as part of their expansion plans in Singapore, reporting to the Manager.
THE ROLE
The Senior Electrical Design Engineer is responsible for:
- Design electrical schematics, control panel layouts, and wiring diagrams using EPLAN or AutoCAD Electrical
- Select appropriate components (sensors, relays, HMIs, PLCs, drives) based on system requirements and support in PLC programming and IO mapping
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless system integration and ensure compliance with safety & industry standards (CE, UL, IEC, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Provenexperience in electrical design, preferably in the design of semi or fully automatic equipment.
- Proficient in electrical CAD tools; familiar with PLC and motion control systems
