Senior EHS Manager (Manufacturing)

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the development and execution of HSE and sustainability strategies, ensuring a safe work environment and adherence to environmental stewardship principles.
• Implement proactive risk management programs to minimize workplace hazards, prevent incidents, and protect employees, facilities, and the environment.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, corporate, and ISO standards through effective governance frameworks, audits, inspections, and timely closure of corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and preventive action plans while ensuring all projects meet HSE requirements, approvals, and permit obligations before implementation
• Drive sustainability programs focused on energy efficiency, waste reduction, emissions management, and the achievement of corporate environmental and decarbonization goals.
• Lead HSE governance across Asia Pacific by aligning regional practices with global standards, overseeing HSE systems and compliance tools, supporting audits, and collaborating with leadership teams, safety committees, and external partners to enhance overall HSE performance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering
• At least 10 years of experience in Manufacturing EHS
• Experience in developing and implementing EHS policies
• Registered WSHO and FSM
