YOUR ROLE

You take part in creating the best new hire experience in the project to completely renew our talent acquisition and onboarding process. You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.

  • To sustain and improve safety Management System (MS) such as ISO45K, SHMS, ISO14K.

To conduct the monthly safety inspections together with WSH Committee members with a

defined schedule approved by WSH Committee.

To investigate any safety related incidents / accidents that happen on site.

To report MOM for the reportable incidents / accidents according to WSH (Incident Reporting) regulation.

To validate the Risk Work Plan and other permits applicable as per ST local operating procedure.

To manage the contractors safety onsite according to WSH requirements.

To conduct internal audit

To co-ordinate the EHS related external audits and follow up on the findings / non-compliance closures.

To manage the first aid box on site.

To conduct evacuation drills and it's reporting on site.

  • To cover the duty of safety officer if they are team members on leave or away
  • To submit the application for EHS related permits to NEA, SCDF, SPF and local authorities.
  • To report RC / SR weekly to management.
  • To report and consolidate the key safety indicators to Corporate or any Corporate reporting tool

(ENABLON) such as EHS training hours, incident/ accidents, safety visits

Your Skills & Experiences

  • Diploma/Specialist Diploma / Degree in WSH, Engineering, or with relevant certification and accreditations eg. workplace safety and health officer.
  • Minimum 5 year of experiences in Manufacturing/chemical industry in WSH.
