Job Description

Monday to Friday
Working Location: Tuas West - Pharma company

Job Scope:

. Support in reviewing, implementing and complying with the Sodexo Singapore, Sodexo Group safety

policies and local regulations and/or requirements within our Facility and Client Site.

. To implement and monitor Safety, Hygiene and Environmental Programs, and Procedures within our

Facility Management and Clients Site

. Monitors injury, illness, and incident related performance within the account, market area, or other

assigned area of responsibility. Monitors EHS Scorecard, performance for trends or other indicators of

improving or degrading incident performance and develops and implements strategic solutions that will

improve the performance results as required.

. Support/assist client in ensuring the relevant certifications are maintained or achieved as required (e.g.,

ISO 22000, ISO 9001).

. Oversees HSE standards, playbooks, procedures & Interface documents for the account, market area, or

assigned area of responsibility. Ensures EHS scorecard and related information are updated, completed

and effectively implemented.

. Promoting a culture of joint responsibility to increase Environmental/Sustainability Awareness at all levels

within the organization and Client Site.

. Coach and mentor operation team embedding HSE culture and behavior into daily operations. It is

imperative that the candidate should have the hands-on mentality to handhold with patience to bring up

safety mindset and safety ownership amongst the operations team on site.
. Make recommendations, propose options, and develop implementation plans to ensure that the

organization maintains compliance in all areas of HSE.

. Provide coaching, specialist advice and practical support on all HSE matters, according to local

regulations and Clients requirement back to the IFM Operations team.

. To conduct, as necessary, daily inspection/ support audits of the site (GSE Audit/ISO Audit) and support

external/internal audits.

. Conduct follow-up inspections/investigations and ensure action plans are closed within the timeline.

. Coordinate the Environmental/Safety trainings of the site employees under Client's requirement.

. Investigate and document Reports, Non-Conformances and safety/environmental incidents/accidents.

. Analyze and report key performance measures related to Safety and Environment.

. To review and conduct Workplace Safety Risk/Environment assessments.

. Promotes safety consciousness among employees by providing accurate and informative data,

conducting safety meetings, giving timely feedback, on safety suggestions and visibly supporting the

safety program(s).

. Leads and drive the Safety Culture Committee for the IFM team and Contractors.

. Leads the Safety Tier meeting on Site with IFM team

. Oversee the Contractors under IFM, including the management of contractor qualification, inspections,

and performance evaluations.

. To ensure that all the High-Risk Works (HRW) and LOTO are performed according to Client's safety

requirements.

. To assume other duties as may be assigned.
