Responsibilities:
- Drive student progression initiatives from Diploma to Degree or higher programs.
- Plan and execute outreach activities (info sessions, tea parties, classroom engagements, campaigns).
- Provide advisory support on student progression pathways, entry requirements, and timelines.
- Conduct proactive student follow-ups to improve engagement and reduce attrition.
- Collaborate with student recruitment, academic, admissions, and student services teams to ensure seamless progression.
- Develop and implement student engagement and retention activities (workshops, peer sharing, student panels, preview sessions).
- Work with Marketing and Communications team on omni-channel campaigns to promote progression opportunities and student success stories.
- Monitor progression targets and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 - 3 years of experience in student advisory, academic services, student recruitment role, from higher education industry
