- Solid .NET Coding: Demonstrate outstanding .NET coding skills (4.8 and core) - mandatory.

What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers as the .NET and SQL technical expert.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications and portals using .NET (Framework/Core), C#, and SQL Server.
- Architect and optimize SQL Server databases and stored procedures (mandatory).
- Oversee the full software lifecycle: requirements, design, coding, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate with external systems and deliver business value.
- Champion best practices, code quality, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7+ years hands-on experience in .NET application development and maintenance.
- Solid expertise in .NET coding (4.8 mandatory and core).
- Experience with ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and related technologies.
- Deep expertise in SQL Server and stored procedures (mandatory).
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and 360-degree thinking skills.
- Demonstrated experience in application performance, optimization, and security management.
- Proven ability to lead, guide, and develop technical teams.
- Strong grasp of OOP, n-tier architecture, and agile methodologies.
- Experience in Azure development environments.
- Passion for learning, innovation, and delivering high-quality solutions.
- Microsoft/Azure certifications.
- Experience with AI technologies, cloud security, and automated testing
