The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Diversity & Inclusion team as Senior Diversity and Inclusion Advisor, Asia, based in any of our Singapore/Hong Kong office. You'll be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team, working with colleagues and clients who are committed to inclusion and wellbeing. You'll have the opportunity to shape and deliver initiatives that make a real impact across the region and beyond. As Senior Advisor, Diversity and Inclusion, Asia, you'll work closely with our global and regional leaders to implement and deliver high-impact D&I strategies and programmes. You'll be the key point of contact for all Asia-based diversity networks and committees, act as a subject matter expert, and directly engage with clients and partners to advance our D&I agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-performing D&I programmes and oversee Asia-based diversity networks.
  • Act as a D&I subject matter expert, contributing to global strategy and initiatives.
  • Engage with clients, support relationship teams, and respond to pitching requests.
  • Measure and evaluate the impact of D&I programmes.
  • Build relationships with Diversity Membership Partners and external networks.
  • Collaborate on mental health and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Manage global and regional D&I reporting, communications, and onboarding.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in diversity and inclusion, ideally in professional services.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Strong relationship-building, project management, and organisational skills.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • High integrity, commercial acumen, and a passion for making a difference.
