Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Senior Director, Strategic Accounts to join our Global Strategic Accounts team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team and driving the strategic growth strategy for our largest Banking and Financial Services clients across South East Asia. You will lead a dedicated team of Account Executives, fostering a collaborative environment focused on delivering transformative solutions and exceptional customer loyalty.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Drive Strategic Growth: Lead and coach a South East Asia sales team to achieve quota attainment while personally managing relationships with select large Banking clients to expand revenue and margin.
- Cultivate Executive Partnerships: Collaborate with senior-level client executives to align their strategic priorities with Iron Mountain's technology and information management solutions, establishing trusted advisor status.
- Orchestrate Global Solutions: Ensure compliance with organizational standards while leading cross-functional internal teams to design and implement winning digital solutions that meet complex customer needs.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- 10+ years of experience in technology sales and Business Process Management, specifically positioning digital solutions across large, complex global accounts.
- Strong knowledge of the Banking and Financial Services sector, including experience working with Global Systemically Important Banks in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Proven ability in executive stakeholder management, with a history of establishing partnerships at the Vice President and Chief Executive Officer levels within a highly matrixed global organization.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry-standard certification in Business, Sales, or a related field.
