Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform as Head of the Singapore production base.
- Oversee production-related work during the construction of the Singapore site, including equipment selection, process layout, GMP system establishment, etc.
- Organize and guide production personnel training to ensure the team has compliant operational capabilities.
- Coordinate production planning to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Establish and improve systems and processes for production management, quality control, safety, and environmental protection.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration with relevant departments such as design, engineering, quality, and procurement.
- Manage daily operations of the factory post-launch, continuously optimizing production efficiency and product quality.
- Responsible for team building and management, enhancing team cohesion and professional capabilities.
Qualification Requirements:
- Extensive experience: More than 15 years of working exepreince, with more than 3 years in process R&D, providing process support and identifying risks over 9 years in GMP pharmaceutical factory production management, familiar with domestic and international GMP regulations and certification processes.
- Management skills: Participated in the creation of the TO-RM team and responsible for its daily management successful methodologies in workshop management, capable of leading 3 workshops and HP Lab, achieving production goals experienced in new factory construction, launch, and full-process production operation management.
- Leadership: As the head of the RM team and production department, possesses a broad perspective and resilience, willing to take on additional responsibilities and handle uncertainties sets challenging goals for the team, enhances team capabilities and scale builds and develops the team, effectively motivates employees and manages non-performance, creating a talent pipeline.
- Execution: Achieves goals through efficient communication and collaboration, utilizing resources to exceed team objectives.
- Learning capability: Continuously learns with strong time management skills, summarizes and extracts successful experiences, guiding the team to progress collectively actively innovates, fosters an innovative atmosphere, and directs the team in researching and applying new technologies and methods to adapt to new requirements.
