This role leads the management of high-value bancassurance partnerships across a select group of Asian markets, operating within a highly complex regulatory and operational landscape. It demands a seasoned leader with the ability to navigate multi-layered stakeholder environments - including Prudential Corporation Asia (PCA), local Business Units (LBUs), and senior bank executives - to drive sustainable growth and strategic alignment.
