About the Opportunity
My client is seeking a strategic and hands-on Organizational Development leader to work closely with business leaders across all levels. In this highly visible role, you will act as a trusted advisor, coach, and change facilitator. You will proactively diagnose organizational challenges within each business vertical, identify opportunities for improvement, and design large-scale OD initiatives that address root causes rather than simply implementing programs.
Job Description
- Partner with business leaders to deeply understand each function and vertical, analyzing organization structures, workflows, and team dynamics to identify key challenges and opportunities.
- Conduct organizational diagnostics using surveys, qualitative feedback, and data analysis to uncover root causes of team and organizational issues.
- Translate diagnostic insights into actionable, business-focused solutions that enhance leadership capability, team effectiveness, and organizational health.
- Design and lead large-scale OD programs, fostering culture, building leadership pipelines, and supporting full management cycles.
- Establish frameworks for talent assessment, succession planning, and leadership development, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Potentially lead a small team of OD specialists, overseeing program execution and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business impact.
Requirement
- At least 10 to 15 years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Consulting, ideally in large internet, technology, or high-growth companies.
- Proven experience in conducting organizational diagnosis, analyzing data, and proposing actionable solutions beyond running programs.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect insights to business outcomes.
- Experience establishing large-scale OD initiatives, building leadership pipelines, and influencing senior leaders.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and able to navigate ambiguity.
