Job Description

Based in Singapore, the Senior Director of Sales, Asia Pacific leads the regional sales organisation, owning revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion across the APAC region. The role partners closely with global Sales & Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to align regional execution with global strategy while responding effectively to local customer and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To

  • Own and exceed regional revenue and growth targets through disciplined sales strategy and execution.
  • Lead all APAC sales activities across direct customers, strategic accounts, and channel partners.
  • Expand the customer base and identify new business opportunities across priority markets and applications.
  • Build and maintain strong, senior-level relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and strategic objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the regional sales team, including Strategic Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers.
  • Drive channel strategy and performance across manufacturer representatives and distributors.
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and sales performance to inform strategy and drive growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Business Development, and other internal teams to execute sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Lead sales coverage models, trade show participation, and go-to-market initiatives across the region.
  • Represent the APAC region within the global sales leadership team, contributing to enterprise strategy and planning.

The Successful Applicant


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive sales experience, including senior leadership roles in B2B or industrial environments.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets at a regional or multinational level.
  • Experience leading complex, multi-country sales organisations within a matrix structure.
  • Strong understanding of direct and channel sales models, strategic account management, and go-to-market execution.
  • Experience leading direct and channel sales models across multiple APAC markets.
  • Solid financial acumen, including P&L awareness and commercial risk management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale high-performing sales teams.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and executive presence skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% within APAC and internationally.
