Responsibilities:
1. Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, performance management, training, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
2. Manage the entire employee life cycle, handling tasks such as contract preparation, employee record maintenance, contract renewals, compensation management, assessment confirmation, and resignation processes.
3. Provide internal HR consultancy to management and staff, addressing a wide range of day-to-day HR needs and offering advice.
4. Support SG HR functions, handling assigned tasks and ensuring timely completion of monthly HR reports and documentation.
5. Demonstrate proficiency in employee benefits, managing claims and reimbursements in adherence to rules and regulations, while ensuring compliance with industrial relations, employee relations, and policies.
6. Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned or requested by superiors.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in equivalent human resources roles, with a financial background. Possess a strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Well-organized with strong problem-solving abilities, resilience, and the capacity to handle pressure effectively.
5. Proficient in spoken and written English Mandarin proficiency is a requirement as you are required to work closely with stakeholders in our China office.
