What You Will Get To Do:
This is a team lead role. The candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of key reporting for Hybrid funds. This includes ensuring that the NAVs and financial information are accurately reported on a timely basis, and ensuring strong internal controls are maintained in accordance with financial policies. The candidate should have a strong background in accounting for alternative investment funds, with a focus on private credit, proven client management skills, strong team management abilities, the ability to think strategically and possess strong execution skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage consistent delivery of good quality products within specified timelines to the client.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of accounting and fund administration, specifically with respect to alternative investment funds, either in the Credit or Hybrid space.
- Provide guidance and direction to the team on all technical and client-service-related topics
- Handle client requests or escalations, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Strong ability to work with stakeholders, both internally and externally, to meet work objectives.
- Have a continuous process improvement mindset, with strong execution skills.
- Support corporate goals and business/departmental initiatives
- Manage the year-end audit process, in collaboration with the client and auditors
- Review workpapers or workings, where appropriate
What You Will Bring:
- At least 15 years experience, preferably with a fund administrator or buy-side background
- Minimum 5 years in Private Credit or Hybrid
- Experience in people management/leading a team, including developing a high-performing team.
- Very strong organisational and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think strategically and more broadly to drive longer-term business goals.
- Knowledge of Singapore FRS, IFRS and US GAAP
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask, with strong execution skills.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel skills, Geneva is considered a plus
