Senior Director - Commercial Partnerships - Implementation - APAC

We are seeking for a Senior and highly skilled Implementation candidate to lead the deployment of end-to-end logistics solutions under the DP World Commercial Partnerships model. This role will ensure that the design, configuration and onboarding for re-engineered logistics networks are executed effectively to deliver measurable value.

In this role, it will serve as a bridge between internal and external logistics partners and technology, ensuring seamless integration, stakeholder alignment and operational readiness. The role is critical in bringing Commercial Partnerships to life, ensuring seamless integration of partners, processes, platforms into single orchestrated supply chain. By driving successful implementations, the role will enable operational excellence, cost efficiencies and customer satisfaction, positioning DP World as a trusted partner.

Key Accountabilities

Solution Implementation & Deployment

• Lead end-to-end implementation of E2E solutions, ensuring alignment with customers and business requirements
• Manage solutions deployment workshops, gathering operational requirements and translating them into executable logistics processes
• Oversee onboarding of new logistics partners, carriers, and warehouses into the Commercial Partnership ecosystem
• Establish operating models, SLAs and performance dashboards tailed to each BCO supply chain

Technology Integration and Control Tower Enablement

• Work closely with internal Control Tower team to integrate ERP, TMS, WMS and other systems with the Control Tower
• Ensure smooth data flow, reporting accuracy and system adoption across all parties

Operational Readiness and Handover

• Develop and deliver standard operating procedures and training materials for all stakeholders
• Conduct pilot runs, stress tests and phased go-lives to ensure risk-mitigated transitions
• Handover successfully implemented solutions to Operations

Stakeholder Management

• Drive governance and alignment through structured communication, workshops, steering committees
• Manage escalations during implementation and ensure issues resolutions without compromising timelines

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

• Masters/Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent
• PMP/Prince2 Certification will be a plus
• At least 10-15 years of Logistics experience with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Implementation of 4PL and/or re-engineering logistics networks
• Prior experience in logistics transformation will be a plus
• Proven expertise in end-to-end logistics processes across multimodal such as transportation, landside logistics, warehousing, inventory management, customs, last-mile delivery
• Experience in deploying integrated platforms such as ERP, TMS, WMS, visibility/control tower solutions
• Strong project management and change management skills
• Ability to work with Senior stakeholders and manage cross-cultural teams
