Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Transformation & Representation
- Support VSIP's transition to Version 2.0, including high-tech and low-carbon industrial park initiatives. Represent VSIP in the Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) and other relevant forums to strengthen strategic positioning.
Infrastructure & Renewable Energy Development
- Collaborate with VSIP management to support and develop new infrastructure projects, focusing on renewable energy solutions and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Drive initiatives that enable the transformation of VSIP industrial parks into low-carbon, sustainable ecosystems. Collaborate with VSIP's marketing team to strengthen market positioning and partnerships.
Data Centre Solutioning
- Conduct technical assessments of data centre opportunities with clients, in alignment with Vietnam's national objectives and the growing demand for high-tech industrial parks under VSIP 2.0. Develop and propose solutioning with customer requirements in partnership with VSIP.
- Support customers on the sale and development of suitable land and oversee provision of utilities and services to effectively meet customer demands and requirements.
Special Projects & Investments
- Participate in strategic projects related to mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investments, and divestments, ensuring alignment with VSIP's long-term growth strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants, providing subject matter expertise for developing accurate financial models for new projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, strategic projects, or project advisory.
Strong knowledge of renewable energy, data centre requirements, and industrial park operations.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, contract management and risk assessment skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willing to relocate to Vietnam and open for business travel when required.
