Job Description

What's your role

  • Drive campaign management from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies across organic and paid channels to achieve revenue and profitability goals

  • Experienced in planning and executing retail and digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels

  • Coordinate marketing collaterals and in-store promotions with internal teams and vendors

  • Support the execution, monitoring and optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads (SEM & PMAX), TikTok and other channels

  • Explore and manage partnerships with KOLs, influencers, and brand collaborators

  • Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements

  • Keep updated on market and consumer trends to generate fresh ideas and opportunities

Requirements

  • Degree/ diploma in Marketing & Business or equivalent

  • Proficient in English & Chinese language

  • 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a proven track record

  • Positive and vibrant personality, with a go-getter attitude to driving impactful campaigns and marketing results

  • Strong command of written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas clearly and professionally

  • Creative and passionate about marketing, with a proven ability to manage campaigns and social media platforms

  • Experience with social media, digital marketing, and content creation tools (eg. Canva, CapCut) will be an advantage

  • Self-motivated with a strong passion for driving results and continuous improvement

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple projects independently
