Drive campaign management from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives
Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies across organic and paid channels to achieve revenue and profitability goals
Experienced in planning and executing retail and digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Coordinate marketing collaterals and in-store promotions with internal teams and vendors
Support the execution, monitoring and optimization of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads (SEM & PMAX), TikTok and other channels
Explore and manage partnerships with KOLs, influencers, and brand collaborators
Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements
Keep updated on market and consumer trends to generate fresh ideas and opportunities
Requirements
Degree/ diploma in Marketing & Business or equivalent
Proficient in English & Chinese language
2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a proven track record
Positive and vibrant personality, with a go-getter attitude to driving impactful campaigns and marketing results
Strong command of written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas clearly and professionally
Creative and passionate about marketing, with a proven ability to manage campaigns and social media platforms
Experience with social media, digital marketing, and content creation tools (eg. Canva, CapCut) will be an advantage
Self-motivated with a strong passion for driving results and continuous improvement
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple projects independently
