Responsibilities:
. Build and maintain our social media communities, including Facebook, Wechat, Instagram, xiao hong shu, tik tok and YouTube
. Draft and edit chinese promotion article or poster and post at social medial platform
. researching the social media of rival products and special occasions to produce high-quality content.
. Focus on social media operations and promotion activities.
. Possess ability to identify trends and solve problems
Requirements:
. Fluent in English and Chinese (oral and written) to handle queries, questions and feedback from English and Chinese speaking counterparts in regards with the social media operations and promotion matters.
. Have proven track record from click to sales
. Able to review and edit promotion article and poster in chinese
. Have at least 10 years of experience in building and maintaining social media communities across all major social media tools
. Experience with food and beverage industry is a MUST.
. Be innovative, able to work independently and constantly improving oneself.
. Strong strategic thinker with a results-orientated approach and takes on challenges with thoughtfulness, drive, and appropriate urgency
. Strong communication and project management skills
. Team management experience is a MUST
