Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Digital Account Executive with a burning passion for web projects, digital marketing, creative production, and MarTech. You will be the primary liaison between our clients and our internal teams, including Marketing, Web Development, and Creative teams. You are responsible for the day-to-day execution of tasks, ensuring that client requirements are translated into actionable briefs and delivered with high-quality fidelity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point-of-contact for assigned accounts, leading and facilitating client meetings, status updates, and strategic presentations.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the client's core business, digital marketing objectives, and target customers to provide informed consultation.
  • Bridge communication gaps between departments (Creative, Dev, Media) to ensure smooth hand-overs and unified project delivery.
  • Translate high-level agency and client goals into tactical roadmaps that ensure the working team stays on-brand and on-strategy without confusion.
  • Deeply understand and consistently apply brand guidelines and tone of voice, ensuring the team pushes creative boundaries only where appropriate for the brand(s).
  • Assist in preparing reports through data analysis and support various data research efforts for marketing communication strategies and competitor analysis.
  • Manage the daily execution of tasks, acting as the final internal check (QA) to ensure all materials meet brand guidelines and agency standards before submission.
  • Monitor agency time-burn against project scopes and track client campaign costs to ensure projects remain within financial boundaries.
  • Assist in managing and overseeing online ad campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok; ensuring budget pacing is on track and aligned with client KPIs.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for organic account growth and present strategic recommendations to both the client and the internal leadership team.
  • Building and maintaining client-agency relationships

Expectations

  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken

  • Fine presentation skills
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies for performance marketing, social media marketing, search engine marketing, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, web design, UI/UX and web analytics.
  • Excellent project management and resource planning skills

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in similar agency roles preferred.
  • Diploma or Degree in Advertising, Business, Comms, Marketing, Public Relations and/or similar.
  • At least 2-3 years experience in the field.
