Job Description

  • Lead and mentor a team of DevSecOps engineers.
  • Design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines.
  • Implement and manage monitoring and logging solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Establish and maintain security policies, vulnerability assessments, and compliance monitoring for cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure secure deployment of applications and infrastructure.
  • Implement security best practices, including access management, encryption, and automated vulnerability scanning, to ensure the security of infrastructure and applications.
  • Monitor and respond to security vulnerabilities, incidents, and compliance issues.
  • Lead the troubleshooting of production issues, including root cause analysis and coordination of remediation efforts across teams.
  • Stay updated with the latest security trends, threats, and technology.

Qualities We Value

  • 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps roles.
  • 2+ years in a leadership or team lead capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g.,GitLab).
  • Experience with security tools and platforms (e.g., SonarQube, Aqua, Prisma Cloud).
  • Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of container security and orchestration platforms (Docker, OCP, Kubernetes).
  • Relevant professional certifications is preferred (e.g., RHCSA, RHCE, RHCOSA, CKA etc.)
