[What the role is]
The Therapies team in Healthcare & Biomedical Division is responsible for shaping and delivering initiatives to support the growth of therapeutic biotech companies, with a focus on Precision Medicine, AI in Drug Discovery and Development, biomanufacturing technologies, and clinical trials enablement.
[What you will be working on]
This role plays a key part in driving the growth and development of the therapeutic biotech ecosystem.
- Industry & Programme Development
- Formulate strategies and develop programmes to support therapeutic biotech companies.
- Drive initiatives in key domains such as Precision Medicine, AI in Drug Discovery and Development, biomanufacturing technologies, and clinical trials enablement.
- Enterprise Development & Stakeholder Engagement
- Identify and account manage innovative start-ups and high-growth enterprises.
- Work closely with government agencies and ecosystem partners to support company growth and expansion.
- Engage stakeholders including venture builders, incubators, accelerators, and investors.
- Market Intelligence & Industry Advancement
- Research and analyse local and global industry trends.
- Promote adoption of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
[What we are looking for]
What You'll Be Using And Applying
- Degree in Life Sciences, Bioengineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in life sciences, biotech, healthtech, or related domains, with exposure to account management, business development, or similar roles (in biotech, healthtech, or start-up environment is preferred).
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and proven ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships.
