Role Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture, technical design, and application development.
- Prepare, present, and review Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
- Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
- Develop and support enterprise applications using Java, Oracle, SQL, and APIs.
- Provide SME support for payments and regulatory reporting systems.
- Drive technical problem-solving and critical thinking for complex business requirements.
- Participate in production support, incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution when required.
- Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with business, operations, and technology teams to deliver scalable and resilient solutions.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience in Java-based enterprise application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Oracle, SQL/PLSQL, and APIs.
- Experience in Payments and/or Regulatory Reporting platforms.
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead technical discussions and drive delivery as a trusted SME
