Senior Developer - Investment Technology

Job Description

• Work on front, middle or back-office platforms for the fund accounting team
• Develop middle and back-office systems, developing customized client and regulatory reporting and critical system interfaces.
• Develop new and modifying existing RSL (Report Specific Language) and Reporting using Microsoft SSRS
• Develop reports in Advent Geneva Reporting and RSL.
• Upgrade AGA infrastructure
• Integrate with the Securities Master and Holdings Master database and data warehouse.
• Develop the ETL using SSIS and the reporting using powerBI and SSRS
• Participate in system design and architecture discussions.
• Interface directly with end users to determine system requirements.
• Documentation of systems and processes.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, MIS, or related software engineering field.
• Working experience in developing systems for capital markets and asset management.
• At least 5 years of Advent Geneva / RSL experience
• Hands on experience using SQL, SSIS, SSRS and performance tuning
• Experience with Advent Geneva, GWI, Black Mountain, Factset, Bloomberg API, INTEX API and or other investment management systems preferred.
• Knowledge in Structured Finance Products preferred.
