DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading, mentoring, and developing an architectural team
- Create conceptual and schematic design and detail working drawings
- Create and oversee general design development and project direction
- Preparation of specifications and tender documentation
- Plan and supervise authority submission requirements and procedure for projects
- Coordinate with technical consultants
- Oversee project contract execution and on-site supervision
JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE)
- A recognized Degree in Architecture, preferably registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore
- Minimum 8 years of relevant architectural work experience and at least 5 years of architectural work in Design.
- Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices
- Strong knowledge and understanding of project, material, and cost management.
- Proven knowledge in carpentry construction & technical detail drawings.
- Excellent in design presentation and human relation skill.
- Good team leader
- Conversant with local codes and regulations
- Autodesk, 3D modelling (SketchUp), and preferably BIM project implementation experience with in-depth knowledge of REVIT architecture
- Must have contract administration experience and able to Coordinate
