Key Responsibilities
- Lead design qualification and reliability testing for new product developments
- Develop and execute test plans aligned with customer use cases
- Design and implement accelerated life and stress testing protocols
- Conduct DFMEA to identify design risks and drive preventive actions
- Perform statistical analysis on test and reliability data, and prepare detailed reports
- Collaborate with suppliers and engineering teams on component quality and root cause analysis
- Set up and manage test equipment for qualification activities
- Track and manage defects identified during testing, ensuring timely closure of corrective actions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with prior leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of qualification testing, reliability engineering, and problem-solving methodologies
- Experience in statistical analysis tools (e.g. Minitab)
- Familiarity with ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams
