Lead the Design Quality (DQ) team as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance and expertise in quality processes.
Create and execute test plans to qualify new designs, ensuring alignment with intended customer use cases.
Develop accelerated life testing and stress testing protocols for high-value components.
Propose, procure, and set up test equipment for component qualification.
Conduct and apply DFMEA to identify potential design risks and implement preventive measures.
Conduct statistical data analysis on test and reliability data, and compile detailed reports.
Assess component quality in collaboration with suppliers and perform root cause analysis by coordinating with the engineering team.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of quality and reliability engineering principles.
Log all reported defects from qualification tests and follow up with stakeholders to ensure corrective actions are completed.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering.
At least 3 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry, with prior experience in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge in qualification test plan development, test instrumentation, and problem-solving methodologies.
Solid expertise in statistical analysis and reliability engineering.
Familiarity with ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems is preferred.
Self-motivated and results-driven individual with the ability to work independently and flexibly, demonstrating a passion for developing technically excellent products.
Proficient in Minitab and experienced with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and engage with cross-functional stakeholders.
