Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior Design Quality Engineer to lead Design Quality (DQ) activities as a technical subject matter expert. This role partners closely with engineering, suppliers, and crossfunctional stakeholders to ensure robust, reliable, and customerready designs across the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Design Quality (DQ) team as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance on quality and reliability practices.
- Develop and execute qualification test plans aligned to intended customer use cases.
- Design and implement accelerated life testing and stress testing for highvalue components.
- Propose, procure, and commission test equipment to support component qualification.
- Conduct DFMEA to identify design risks and drive preventive and corrective actions.
- Perform statistical analysis on test and reliability data, and prepare structured technical reports.
- Partner suppliers and internal engineering teams to assess component quality and lead root cause analysis.
- Ensure all qualificationrelated defects are logged, tracked, and resolved with appropriate followthrough.
- Apply sound quality and reliability engineering principles throughout design validation activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the semiconductor industry, with prior exposure to technical leadership.
- Strong capability in qualification test planning, test instrumentation, and structured problemsolving.
- Solid grounding in statistical analysis and reliability engineering.
- Familiarity with ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems is preferred.
- Selfdriven, resultsoriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in Minitab and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage crossfunctional stakeholders effectively.
