Senior Design Manager (Hyperscale Data Center)

The Opportunity:

• Work Hours: Mon to Fri
• $10,000 - $20,000 Basic + Bonus

Adecco is partnering with a Global Data Center Leader

The Job:

• Oversee end-to-end design development, including preparation and review of construction documents and specifications, while coordinating with internal experts and external consultants across structural, mechanical, electrical and civil disciplines.
• Manage consultant engagements including contracts, scopes of work, deliverables, and related commercial or administrative matters throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure high-quality, cost-effective design outcomes by applying strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills while aligning technical feasibility with project objectives.

The Talent:

• Degree in Engineering/Architecture or relevant discipline
• 5 - 10 years design management experience within Hyperscale Data Center
