Job Summary

As Design Manager at Currie & Brown Singapore, you will lead the coordination, development, and delivery of design solutions across multidisciplinary consultancy projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination of multidisciplinary design teams to develop and deliver integrated design solutions that meet client requirements and project objectives
• Oversee the integration of client requirements, technical standards, and project goals to ensure design quality, consistency, and compliance throughout all project stages
• Manage stakeholder engagement by facilitating design workshops and collaborating with project managers, cost consultants, and external design teams to enable efficient decision-making and mitigate risks
• Provide strategic input on design feasibility and value engineering to optimize project outcomes and align with client expectations and Currie & Brown's professional standards
• Drive design governance processes to maintain high standards and support successful project delivery
