Senior Design Manager - 2D

We are looking for an experienced and highly creative design professional with a strong background in events, exhibitions, conferences, or experiential marketing to lead and inspire a team of designers while driving exceptional creative output for global brands.

• 10+ years of experience in Graphic Design, including at least 4 years in a team management role.
• Strong 2D design expertise with outstanding conceptual and visual storytelling capabilities.
• Proven experience delivering branding, campaign, and experiential design solutions for major brands.
• Ability to originate ideas from a blank page and translate them into compelling visual experiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience across both print and digital applications, including large-format graphics, event branding, signage, presentations, and digital assets.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and project management skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring designers within a fast-paced agency or project-driven environment.
• Commercially minded with the ability to balance creativity, timelines, budgets, and production requirements.

Preferred Background: Candidates from creative agencies, branding consultancies, exhibition, event, or experiential marketing agencies are highly preferred. Looking for individuals recognized for innovative thinking, strong leadership presence, and the ability to elevate creative standards within a collaborative team environment.
