Responsibilities
- Specify requirements and features for semiconductor equipment.
- Conceptualize and establish the architecture of innovative equipment.
- Engineer mechanical systems, incorporating the selection and utilization of motors, actuators, gear drives, pumps, and valves.
- Generate intricate engineering drawings.
- Conduct design verification and validation testing to guarantee adherence to specifications, safety regulations, and product requisites.
- Enhance the design of existing machines.
- Utilize analysis tools such as Fish Bone Diagram, FMEA, etc. to optimize processes.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment design
- Expertise in designing automation and high precision machinery, including High-Speed Pick and Place mechanisms
- Proficient in 3D CAD software and equipment troubleshooting
- Capable of producing detailed mechanical drawings and applying knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing
