Manage, plan, design and supervise Structural & Civil Engineering works for building projects.
Perform detailed structural analysis and design for building structures and civil engineering works.
Manage and supervise the drafting team in the production of tender, construction and as-built drawings.
Ensure all engineering works, designs and detailing are structurally safe, practical, economical, buildable, and comply with relevant statutory regulations, client requirements, standards and codes of practice.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities and internal stakeholders to ensure timely regulatory approvals, permits and project deliverables.
Manage project design, regulatory submissions, project controls, and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Civil & Structural Engineering design for building projects.
Proven experience in regulatory submissions, design management and project controls.
Proficient in structural analysis and design software for building structures.
Experience in precast design and detailing will be an advantage.
Strong knowledge of relevant Singapore codes, standards and statutory requirements.
Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Good team player with the ability to lead and work effectively in multidisciplinary design and construction teams.
