Alright, let's cut to it.

We're Banker's Lounge — been training bankers and finance folks since 2010, and now we're building out our crypto and DeFi education arm. We're not another learn crypto in 30 days outfit. We work with actual banking professionals who want to understand how this space really works.

So we need someone who's actually in it. Not reading about DeFi, trading it.

You know your way around Uniswap, dYdX, Hyperliquid, GMX — whatever your playground is. You've built strategies, blown up a position or two and learned from it, and you understand risk management on a level that goes beyond don't ape in. On-chain data isn't scary to you, it's just Tuesday.

Here's the thing though — this isn't a pure trading desk role. You'll also be working directly with our banking students and staff, helping them actually get DeFi. Not dumbing it down, just making it click. If you've ever explained a concept to someone and watched the lightbulb go on, you know that feeling. We want more of that.

What you'll be doing:

Trading and managing your own strategies (yeah, you can keep doing your thing)

Building out risk frameworks and analysis our students can actually learn from

Running sessions, Q&As, maybe some content — sharing how you think, not just what you think

Staying sharp on the DeFi landscape and bringing that back to the team

What we're looking for:

Real trading experience on DEXs/perps, ideally 3+ years, with a track record you can talk through

Solid grip on risk management (position sizing, hedging, all that)

Comfort with on-chain analytics tools

Bonus if you've mentored, created content, or built any kind of following around your DeFi work — not required, but it helps

Setup:

Full-time, 100% remote

Singapore-aligned hours, flexible around that
