Job Description
- Monitor trading positions and manage exposure in line with risk mandates
- Execute client trades accurately and efficiently across multiple products
- Analyse client trading activity and flow to support decision-making
- Maintain competitive pricing and contribute to market-making activities
- Build and manage relationships with external liquidity providers and brokers
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory requirements, and execution standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance trading strategies and operational processes
The Successful Applicant
- At least 3+ relevant experience in trading, dealing, or brokerage environments
- Strong understanding of financial markets, particularly FX and CFDs
- Proven ability to manage risk and interpret market movements
- Experience in trade execution and client flow analysis
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Effective stakeholder management and relationship-building capability
