Job scope:
- Manages all aspects in terms of smooth management of centre operations.
- Optimise client capacity for safe care delivery according to MOH guidelines
- Develop forward plans and implement constructive, engaging and functional activities for clients
- Establish, review and improve SOPs, systems and processes
- Maintain Centre's facilities, hygiene and cleanliness
- Maintain and inspect centre expenditures as budgeted
- Plan and organize person-centred activities for clients
- Perform holistic assessment (bio-psycho-social-emotional) as necessary
- Coordinates new admissions and discharges of centre clients
- Assist to review current practices to identify areas for improvement to maintain standard of care.
- Assist to reinforce the standard practices in accordance with organization policies and guidelines.
- Adhere to and maintain existing infection control and prevention practices and ensure that practices meet quality standard of care.
- Promote active engagement and participation of clients
- Update and communicate effectively with clients and caregivers
- Enable staff to assume responsibilities for patient care with delegation, support and coaching.
- Recruit, supervise and engage volunteers to assist in carrying out programmes for clients
- Develop rules, boundaries, structure and routines to ensure conducive environment for learning
- Supervise all the Centre staff i.e.: conduct, discipline and performance etc. with good governance and stewardship without compromising the safety of staff and clients
- Assist in planning and evaluation of budget and resources utilitsation.
- Assist in resolving issues related to care, coordination and service lapses.
- Facilitate resolution of interpersonal and interdisciplinary conflicts and grievances.
- Assist in incident report, investigation, management and risk management.
- Assist in developing new services, where applicable.
- Assist to prepare reports to external authority and internal management committee.
- Evaluate effectiveness of services delivered through survey and feedbacks.
Requirements:
- Min 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in healthcare/ medical industry
