Senior Data Scientist

We are looking for a team player with full stack data science skill set, who is willing to participate in end to end process from Data Preparation to final Deployment and Monitoring. The candidate should have agile mindset and eager to learn and adopt new techniques. This role is not 100% remote and candidate should be physically present in Singapore while applying for this role. The Candidate must have hands-on industry experience on the listed skill-sets.

Technical Skill Required:

. Python and relevant libraries

. Experience working with Anaconda Environment will be an added advantage

. Expertize in complex SQL.

. Experience in Supervised and Unsupervised Modelling Algorithms.

. Experience in Classification, Regression and time series based models.

. Experience with Modelling on Big Data.

. Experience in developing machine learning solutions for production use using Tensor Flow and Keras.

. Predictive & Prescriptive modelling.

. Knowledge of statistics.

. Knowledge of A/B testing framework and test model quality.

. Experience with NLP will be an added advantage.

. Familiarity with GenAI/Prompt Engineering will be an added advantage.

. Experience of Agile will be seen favorably.

Focus Areas:

. Conduct R&D for exploration of new AI/ML use cases. Responsible for consolidating best practices.

. Develop, deploy and monitor model performance, including documentation and maintenance.

. Focus on Data Interpretability and AI ethics.

. Apply data mining techniques and statistical analysis to uncover insights from data.

. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation.

. Presenting Data analysis/Model findings for stakeholders.

. Implementation of Gen AI use cases will be additional advantage

Experience:

. 6 to 8 Years of hands on experience in above listed technical skill-sets.

. At least 2 years of domain experience in Fintech will be seen as highly favorable.
