Senior Data Scientist / Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and present findings using statistical analysis and data visualization.
• Design, develop, train, optimize, and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, integrate ML models into production, and enable real-time decision-making.
• Monitor, evaluate, and enhance model performance through continuous optimization and maintenance.
• Implement APIs and support model deployment using modern software engineering and DevOps practices.
• Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and recommend improvements to analytics solutions and workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in machine learning implementation, deployment, and statistical analysis of large datasets.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, data wrangling, data visualization, DBMS, and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience translating business requirements into analytical solutions using statistical tools (e.g., Python, R, SAS) and visualization platforms (e.g., Qlik Sense).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Kubernetes, Docker/Podman, Microservices, SharePoint, MS Access, and DevSecOps is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
